Richard and Glenn operate the hands-down best Toyota/Lexus service shop anywhere. They are unquestionably honest and their maintenance and repairs are quality every time. They give great advice and customer education.

Both times I’ve taken LexTech my Lexus GX460, I’ve been pleased with the pricing, service and professionalism. Perhaps most importantly, I like the confidence that their knowledge of Toyota has given me in regards to maintenance, reliability and longevity. I have never taken a vehicle over 130k miles and they are telling me I can double that with proper service.

Great customer service. I stopped in yesterday for an immediate need with my wheel locks and without hesitation, they stepped up to help. I’ll definitely bring my Lexus back for service. I’m glad I found this place.

I called about my hybrid and they immediately said I needed a new hybrid battery. Then I came in person; they were absolutely no help and wouldn’t do a proper diagnosis before assuming I needed a new battery. All I wanted was a proper diagnosis and was talked to like I knew nothing about my car. update** did my own diagnosis and it turned out to not be the hybrid battery as i presumed. it was the a/c compressor throwing the p0aa6 code. but according to richard, the battery is the only thing that can throw that code. i just needed a scan tool hooked up like i asked for 🤷‍♂️

Richard and his team are truly outstanding. They do the little things that are missing else where. There’s no one else I trust to take care of our cars. Their customer service is second to none!
