Excellent service department if you can get there, but two different times when I was stranded in sub-zero weather and a senior citizen I was told that no one could run by less than 2 miles to try and get me going. I have bought Nissans twice in less than three years, but I won’t by another from Liberty.

I was never told you need to purchase a Nissan maintenance care package. When buying a 2025 Nissan Sentra . To get a first free oil change . Did my Google research. Says 2025 models have up to 2 free oil changes under 24000 miles . Talked to representative lady and was told Nissan does not offer any free oil changes at all with a new vehicle. Something they took away mid year ... Seriously?... Mid year ? Maybe update the information on the Nissan websites . That is false information Nissan itself is advertising.. information that is being provided from Nissan by Nissan. Is false advertisement. Information should be updated to current information.

I always bring my vehicle’s here. It’s like the saying goes you get what you pay for I’d rather pay a little bit of a hefty price tag to get my vehicle fixed but it’s still fair at the end of the day considering that the vehicle is in good hands and I know when I drive away from the service department that my vehicle was taken care of and is going to take care of me as I drive it every day very dependable service

My 2015 Sentra blew a transmission, luckily it was still under warranty and Jakub hooked me up with a loaner and communicated with me on updates and was great to work it!
