This is long overdue. I want to take this time to give special thanks to Assistant Service Manager, Mr. Nicholas Lima, and Service Advisor Mr. Barry Sternstein for their great and much appreciated assistance. I leased a 2024 Dodge Ram 1500 Limited truck from a different dealership, though I shouldn't...I'm gonna take the high road and not specifically mention which dealership I had my lease with. Crazy to say this truck at the time was brand new. I purchased it with roughly 24 miles and 6 months later the milage was in the neighborhood of 5000 miles give or take. Anyway the vehicle seem to have numerous issues. Would not recommend Quirk CDJR. Their service team was unhelpful and rude. My brand-new 4xe lease had multiple recalls, and after repairs the hybrid system failed, leaving the vehicle undrivable with parts on national backorder (3 weeks–6 months). Quirk refused to provide a loaner or rental and would not advocate for me. I had to fight Chrysler myself and ultimately tow the vehicle to another Jeep dealer, who immediately helped and secured a rental through Enterprise. Very disappointing service.

Went in and worked with Stephen. He had a younger gentlemen come over to us and actually meet with us and show us the truck. The kid (I think his name was Will) was awesome. Went in to talk numbers and Stephen took the lead. He tried telling me that the employee pricing simply is the manufacturer ALLOWING the dealership to sell at the employee price. I insisted that that makes no sense as manufacturers do not decide what dealers have as floor prices. I said I know that manufacturers issue rebates to the dealer for manufacturer incentives. Long story short, he said he would do 10% off MSRP BEFORE manufacturer discounts. got there and he wrapped the manufacturer supplemented employee pricing into the 10% discount and was insistent that the employee pricing wouldn't be considered a discount.
