I had discussed the addition of foot boards to the 2023 Silverado and with Megan's help, we decided on the slimline black on black option for the crew cab. After ordering and receiving the foot boards, the installation was quick and very clean (appearance and style). What an amazing difference and great looks... the foot boards are sleek, low profile, and give the truck an incredible look! Luck parts and service personnel have done it again! I got my truck right to the door of the service department and it cutoff and wouldn’t start again. I came in for an oil change and suspected I needed a new batter. Without hesitation the service department jumped the truck and moved into the bay to work on it. 45 minutes later , my truck was ready and like a new truck. They were quick and efficient.

Traveling through town and our truck broke down. They squeezed us in and worked hard to find a pesky problem. Treated us more than fair on price. Super friendly staff. Wish I had bought the truck from them as they treated me better than our hometown dealer.

Oil change on new 24 Equinox. Technician left oil cap off after oil change and oil sprayed over engine. I checked under hood before leaving dealership and that is when I saw the oil cap laying off to the side and not installed. I informed the service writer which had the technician install the cap and clean the engine.

I’ve used services provided by Luck Chevrolet a few times and will always opt to use them for my car service needs. The staff is friendly and professional and I truly trust their mechanical diagnoses and their work. An absolute marvelous place for car care.
