I don’t ever write reviews. I’m a business owner and understand it’s hard to make every one happy . But I’m very disappointed with this place from somone who buys 2 to 3 new dump trucks a year and orders them to our specs (mostly deal with Kenworth, but decided to try and change it up. Definitely going back to my old Dealer.) . I have never had so meny issues with trying to by a truck . First, the truck we ordered came in wrong but I decided to take it anyways because my back was Against the wall, as we had already sold the truck this one was replacing and this one was allready at the dump body installer . Then there was some hand ball game back and forth trying to get the paper work done took weeks . now they have been payed for my truck week and 1/2 ago and took my money but my truck

Best experience at a dealership I have ever had. Parts located in record time. All work done in a timely fashion. All expected and unexpected problems taken care of fast. For the first time I didn't feel abandoned. God bless. 👍👍

It’s been a great experience from my initial call to service,Greg was honest told me he could try and squeeze me in but if it’s a bigger problem 2 to 3 days. When we got there shop manager Dave got us in ( problem with truck compressors coolant hose was leaking)found out there was a crack in it. The diesel tech (Kyle)got right on it and we were out before they closed. I must say this Peterbilt service center is one of the best for over the road truck drivers they don’t waste your time they tell you the truth and they’re very professional from the manager (Dave)to the tech (Kyle)to the lady who check this out. it’s been a pleasure which is rare to say when you come to get work done reasonable rates and just so you know me and my husband appreciate everything you did for us. Stereotypical used car salesman. They will sign off on DOT inspections to push a truck off the lot. I didn't make it home before the truck I bought broke down, leaving me stranded in another state.

Not a bad experience all around. Mechanics know a great deal and stay focused and dont wonder around distracted.
