Mad Differential Crowley

I was having transmission issues with my 2019 Lexus GS and Alex, the service advisor was extremely helpful. He explained the entire process from beginning to end and kept communication clear the whole time. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, I really appreciated how patient and thorough he was when walking me through everything. The turnaround time for getting my vehicle back was also surprisingly fast. The price was about $2,700 higher than some other shops I checked, but I truly feel the service, transparency, and efficiency made it a worthwhile investment. Overall, it was a great customer service experience, and I would definitely recommend this shop.

Arturo and his team did such a fantastic job with my Ram 2500. Brand new transmission with some of the best prices I have ever seen. So thankful that I ran into Mad Differential, 100% highly recommended to anyone that needs mechanical work!

We took our F-250 to Mad Differential in Crowley to repair the differential, and they took great care of us. They explained what was going on, got the repair done in a reasonable time, and the truck is running great now. It’s hard to find shops that are honest and easy to work with, but these guys were. We appreciate the help and would definitely use them again.

My rear end went was cook on 17 f150 didnt know where to go. So called this store in Crowley and the Boss answered told me to go to hurst location have more rear end parts over at that store. Told him what it was doing and how long I got and they fix the front and rear for me in 1 day. Test drove the truck and its better then before. Will be back if I ever have any more issues.
