I've purchased two vehicles here. SALES: Two different sales people, both were honest. SHOWROOM: There's big glass windows everywhere for great natural lighting and views of the manicured foliage, great for the long process of buying a car. The only area I don't care for is the office where you sign papers with the finance person. It's tight, windowless, dreary, and old. INVENTORY: Naturally it's hit or miss being that it's not a huge dealership. You can view inventory online including incoming vehicles. SERVICE DEPARTMENT: Everyone in the service department have been friendly and professional, from appointment reminder calls, to check in and to check out. My only complaint is that they damaged one of my vehicle's rims while rotating the tires, so I never have them do it any longer.

Smooth and Professional Experience! Hands down 10/10! Toyota staff especially Kyle in fines and Quentin P in Sales were both amazing to work with. Made the buying experience super easy during a somewhat stressful time for us. They were both calm, friendly and very professional. Very professional and awesome team on site. Sean was helpful with telling us what color RAV4's they had available then handed us over to Kyle, who is a very good sales person, he is very respectful and very understanding. Then we met Chris, who was awesome with the lesson on what all the electronic functions did and how to use them (it was like we had an audio version of Electronic Functions 101 for dummies). Chad, in financing was super nice for reaching out to several lenders to find a better lender with a lower interest rate then what I got from a local credit union. I am so blessed for having such a nice team to help me get a long overdue new vehicle. DJ and all of his staff on site made my experience a pleasant and enjoyable memory that I will never forget.
