Mavis Tires & Brakes

This is by far the best and most professional Mavis South of Atlanta. I have frequent several Mavis's to make that call. I came in on Saturday to put air in 2 of my tires, I needed help so I went in to ask the young lady there and said she would have one of her guys to do it for me because it was cold out. I really appreciated her for that, and the young man offered to check all four of my tires in which he put air in all of them. I noticed that all of my tires were okay except for one I took the car back on Monday, looking to get it plugged or purchase a new tire. The gentleman there, I'm assuming is the manager was prompt and professional as soon as I walked in. He asked the necessary questions and told me he would check it out. Excellent customer service experience with Rico. Went in thinking I needed to get all 4 brakes and rotors replaced and felt like I received full transparency on what parts actually needed to be replaced. Service was completed in a timely manner. Great service!

I am exceedingly pleased with the outstanding service that I received on 11/25. I was greeted by Mr. Marcus King and Mr. Greg. They both were extremely professional! Prior to them replacing my brakes, Mr. Greg reviewed the costs of parts and labor before getting my permission to work on my car. I was pleasantly impressed with the reasonable total cost of the service. Thanks to the entire Mavis team, I am happy with the entire experience. Customer service was Top Tier. Although I had to wait a little and that's expected with other customers being there before me, when the techs did finish my car 🚗 at the end they were very generous. As a first time customer i will recommend and will be returning in the future.
