Cody with the Sales Department gave me an unforgettable experience at Max BMW. He worked with me for weeks to get the exact motorcycle I wanted. The dealership even had the motorcycle shipped for me from their Troy, NY location at no additional charge. I paid close to nothing in fees for the motorcycle which is a stark difference from every other buying experience I’ve had at a dealership. Cody even went out of his way to find me the most up-to-date finance deals available by BMW North America and made sure to inform me of them right until the day of the sale. His knowledge of the machines he sells is impressive and made me feel confident and informed of my purchase. John with the sales department also helped me out a ton and kept me updated of everything going on. I would highly recommend

Sebastian from the parts department is an amazing individual. I had to urgently order a part for my BMW F800ST and he was able to expedite the delivery of the part. He remembered my name from when I had called previously and was able to arrange pickup of the part despite some time constraints from my end. He went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule which I really appreciate.

My experience with Max BMW started in 2012 as I made a few visits searching for the right bike. At that time I went with a Ducati Monster from a now closed shop down the road. Purchased a used S1000RR this past winter w/ an extended warranty. Through no fault of my own or the dealer, had to make a warranty claim right in the middle of riding season. It took some time to get the bike sorted, but all covered at the expense of BMW. Huge thanks to Walter at the NH location and the salesmen Kyle and Cody for helping me out. Very happy with my bike now and the customer service from the dealer was fantastic.
