To be fair and transparent, I want to start by acknowledging one bright spot: my salesperson, Rob T. Rob did an outstanding job. He was transparent, professional, and genuinely tried to ensure things went smoothly. He deserves recognition and praise for his efforts. My dissatisfaction does not lie with him. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained every feature in detail, and made sure I felt confident and comfortable with my decision. His communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and he made everything smooth and stress-free. My boyfriend, Dillon, made his first trip to this location by himself. He ranted and raved to me about his sales person named Tim, short for Timothy i’m always a little skeptical I figured, “hey this is a sales person. Of course he’s nice.” However I had to agree 110% because when I met him, I immediately understood Dillons take on Tim. He is a genuine, kind hearted young man while being thorough and handling the transaction. He made sure every concern that Dillon had was addressed before we picked up the camper. He worked with him on a trade-in and at the end of the day he made sure that we had everything we would need to be safe before pulling out. He was patient even though it was freezing cold outside, knowledgeable which makes the option to choose easy, and he focused on making sure we found the right RV that fits our needs.
