I had the most incredible experience at Meineke, and I can’t thank the team enough. In the middle of the snow, just as they were getting ready to leave, my windshield wiper busted off. Instead of turning me away, Mike, Nick, and Austin went out of their way to help me. Their kindness, patience, and genuine care meant more than I can express. I have never encountered such friendly and compassionate faces at a car shop. They made sure I was safe to drive, and their willingness to step back in and assist me during bad weather is something I will never forget. I am forever grateful for their help and humanity. Both Mike and Dave did an excellent job of supporting our daughter with recent car issues. After dropping a LOT of money on several recent repairs, there were some continued issues that had yet to be resolved. After having her car towed to their shop, Mike worked with us on getting a proper diagnosis. He gave us great advise and went to bat for us with several other car repair places who had previously done work on her car. All around, we felt very taken care of and will definitely be taking our cars back for future service.

Mike was amazing! They were able to get me in super last minute to do an emission testing and maybe took a total of 30 minutes from waiting until getting my car. I was amazed by how quick and efficient they were! Mike was pleasant and easy to work with! Thanks again!
