I had a great experience at Meineke Car Care Center. The shop was extremely clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and they clearly answered all of my questions. I'd definitely recommend them for reliable, professional service. Especially Dan Dan the Meineke Man, he treated me as if he had known me for years. Will definitely be back!

Incompetent, rude, and a complete waste of time. Felt like I was doing something wrong even standing in their waiting area. I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this Meineke location. I came in for a simple VIN verification—a service they performed on the exact same make and model of vehicle for another customer just one week ago. Despite having photo proof of the previous service they provided, the staff turned me away, claiming they “don’t know how to do it” and couldn’t figure it out. When I pointed out that they had just done it recently, they became dismissive, eventually telling me I’d have to come back another day because they couldn’t be bothered to figure it out in the moment and didn't want to argue with their own employees - a red flag. It was my first time here with my babysitter’s car.The tire was totally damaged and I had no idea what to do. The guys were super nice and patient, and the lady at the front was so sweet even though it was late. They fixed the tire really fast! I’m so thankful for their help and kindness. I already recommended this place to my girlfriends who, like me, have no idea how tires work.

I scheduled an appointment to get my emissions done the day before. I arrived the next day at the time of my appointment and I was in and out within 15 minutes. Highly recommended!

I had to do my emissions test in a rush and Meineke helped with that process. It was a very quick and smooth experience. The staff was helpful and very friendly, had me in and out with no hassle.
