my son‘s car needed a battery or a alternator. I couldn’t really diagnose it over the phone and he could not drive the car So I had the car towed there because they was not busy. (Now I know why )They said they could Get to it as soon as it got there and told him that was great cause my son needed his car for school and I was out of town for work. they got the car in and diagnosed. It was indeed the alternator sent me a price quote and I noticed right away. They were charging me Double for the price of the alternator. when I confronted them about the charge, they said that was just their policy. So now either I pay Double ($1200 )for the alternator or have it towed somewhere else so with my son needing his car, I told him to go ahead and fix it. The mechanics work was fine. It’s just did n

I’ve had two wonderful experiences with Meineke. 1) My friend was visiting from out of town when her tire lights came on. She’d been having issues with the pressure sensor and was nervous about her 3 hour trip home. She brought her car here for assessment and they reassured her that she could make the 3hr trip home safely and did not need new tires. 2) my sister and I were driving down the road when a plastic piece under the car came loose and started dragging. Meineke was the first place I thought of and they repaired it in less than 5 minutes and free of charge. Excellent, quick service with trustworthy assessments and no anxiety about being taken advantage of or overcharged. Would highly recommend.

The mechanics that worked on my truck did a great job finding the problems and helped getting me back on the road. Great job guys. I'll be back.

Very polite friendly and quick service. Had a screw in my sidewall, only had less than 2000 miles on tire, got me a new tire in record time. Honest manager, with a clean store

Sent my son up to work with them to get a wheel alignment. Said they couldn't do it since it needed $3000 in other work. Took it over to Dobbs and they fixed the issues and only charged $200. I think their staff needs better training.
