Very nice people and I wanted to highly recommend but first windshield they installed leaked so I took it back. The “fix” was to add more black caulk which looked horrendous and so I took it back again. On their third attempt, they put in a new windshield that now is not seated properly. Water still comes in and it has ton of wind noise and a bad whistle. Plus gobs of black caulk dripping on the inside of the windshield. Cassens and Edwardsville Auto Glass had seen nothing like it. Let this be your cautionary tale to try another glass shop. My money was wasted as I’ll pay for another place to start over and do it correctly. Quick instant service and good price

Took my car there because the window came off the track. They had the car less than an hour and it was fixed. Very honest, genuine and transparent. Loved the staff, as they were all very knowledgeable. Thank you Wood River Glass.

Workers came to our house to put plexiglass in five of our windows. I don’t know how they were supposed to be doing it but I can’t imagine the correct way was them busting our old glass all over our hardwood floors. No tarp laid down or anything to catch all the broken glass. Just knocking glass all over our house. The guy pretended to come inside and sweep up the glass but he missed a ton of it. After they left, I went outside and saw they left trash and big pieces of broken glass in our driveway (right where I normally park my car) Also, any of the glass that they did clean up, they just threw directly into our outside trash can. Seems like they should be hauling the glass off with them. Disappointingly unprofessional ☹️
