Valvoline Instant Oil Change

This is the ONLY Valvoline I will go to. There are three others around my house, but Russ and his crew are honest and amazing! Always courteous and quick. Don’t push to buy, yet allow me to know what is recommended! Great job guys! Keep it up.

I showed up at 7:58 AM and they got me an even though I was a couple minutes early. I drive from Alton, even though there is a Valvoline up the street from me. Valvoline and Alton has gave me multiple issues and dumped oil all over my battery to the point where I had to get a new one. Russ was very accommodating And informative. They had my oil changed and had me out of there by 8:11 AM. Russ was very friendly!

Dominic did a great job! There was no line, it was done quickly, they checked everything for me, and they were very polite! 10/10

When I pulled up both bays were occupied and she told me to get in Lane 2. Just as they were finishing the car ahead of me in the bay she came back out, had the other 2 cars BEHIND ME back up and told me to get in line for Bay 1. Then they proceed to take the car behind me right in and start doing their oil change!! When I finally got to pull in to the bay I said "Can I ask what the hell that was?" And she said they were there first...uhh NO, there was no one in line when I got there! They were finished with that oil change before they even started mine and when I brought that up I got no apology, nothing but "Oh I thought they were there first" Lady you're the one who told me to pull up to the 2nd bay and there was no one in the parking lot except me. Again, not even oh gee I'm sorry,

This process was quick and easy! Dominic was very kind and helpful, I will be coming back next time to get my oil changed!
