Not transparent with fees ,especially when working with warranty. Ran diagnosis test not covered by warranty without consulting with us. Communication and transparency lacking. Also added additional fixes not necessary for repairs. Prices do not match other repair places and seem inflated . Price quotes kept changing. Miscommunication between customers,shop, and warranty. After back and forth communication. They decided I wasn’t worth the hassle after all. Please be mindful of their practices. They take verbal confirmation and a yes as a go ahead to do work and run unnecessary test not covered by warranty. Per Illinois law must be in writing and it was all very misleading. Always the best service! Employees are always happy and friendly! I love the thank you gift in the car after! Also, I have never had to use it but they have a free shuttle for anyone who needs a ride home or back to the car during or after their service! I always get coupons in the mail too, love that! Never have had a bad experience!

Everyone i encountered at Pro Automotive was wonderful! The communication through the whole process was right on, they thoroughly checked out my vehicle and resolved the issues from the beginning until the end!
