You know this past week has been a nightmare with my husband in the hospital with blood clot filling both of his lungs (lungs were full of them) I had to get up to the hospital and it was 7:30 a.m. my 4 tires were all low they got to them now 1 stem was frozen and was leaking air fast, he got that fixed and all tires filled. It seems like every time we need them they are there going out of their way to help at a cost that don't break us with being on social security its hard. But they are always there nice, polite, kind, understanding I just want to thank them for all they do and being there. THANK YOU all of you your the best.

Let me tell you, Merrill’s auto shops staff is more reasonable and kind then any Auto Shop I’ve ever visited. You need to check this place out if you haven’t already. They don’t overcharge you, and they have one of the cheapest oil changes in town.

Merrill’s replaced several major components in my pickup for LESS THAN HALF the price I was quoted at my local large tire chain location, including a 2 wheel alignment. They do great work, are very professional and courteous, let you know about additional services and their charges that they recommend, and are very prompt in returning phone calls or messages. 10/10 experience. Went to do a simple oil change on a 2014 town and country that was last serviced at Merrills. They over torqued the oil pan drain plug and even rounded the bolt. I hit it with a fine wire brush and cleaner. Now I am going to have to spend more money to correct a problem they caused... again...
