He is the ultimate "yes man"—he will tell you absolutely whatever you want to hear just to get the work into his shop. Whether it’s promising a specific completion date or guaranteeing that certain parts will be used, he talks a big game to get you to sign the paperwork. However, once they have your car, the story changes completely. The communication drops off, the timelines are ignored, and the "promises" made at the start seem to vanish. Don't be fooled by the smooth talk at the front desk. If you value transparency and honesty, I would suggest taking your vehicle elsewhere. They are more interested in securing the job than actually following through on their word.

My experience at Mid Island was hands down the best experience for getting my car repaired. Julia was extremely helpful and even helped me on days where she was off, constantly making calls to help me get loaner vehicles and was just the best. GO TO JULIA, the rest were sweet too but she is the GOAT.
