Walked in without an appointment, referred by a sales rep at Enterprise. Thomas greeted me with a smile, told me not to worry he would get what I needed done and added that I wouldn't take to long. I was able do my email while I waited in the clean waiting area. Thomas was wonderful professional and should be congratulated in a world of non service desired employees for his fantastic customer service. Good job, I think he should be made manager. Went in for an alignment and they told me that my front brake pads were dangerously low, and my rears were following close behind even though I changed them myself less than 20,000 miles ago. They offered to replace them for an additional cost, but I denied the service, and when I inspected my brakes I found that both front and rear were around 50% worn and did not need to be replaced. The alignment seems to be good, but if youre offered additional work or get strange diagnoses from here, I would get a second opinion.

I had the worst experience at this Midas location. I brought my car in for repairs, and they changed the price after the initial quote. On top of that, the issue was not even properly fixed. I feel like I was overcharged for work that wasn’t completed correctly. Communication was unclear, and the final cost was different from what I was first told. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this location.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Midas involving significant overcharging. They charged a total of $290.98 to replace a serpentine belt, which is a highly unrealistic price for this vehicle. They also attempted to charge $80 for a tire rotation, a fee they only refunded after I challenged it. Additionally, they charged $59.99 for a "Radiator Protector" flush additive. The prices at this location are significantly overinflated and do not reflect standard market rates.

I brought my car in for a routine inspection. After two hours of waiting, one of the guys brought me in the garage and told me my brakes and rotors all needed to be replaced. He used technical jargon, had me rub my finger on the rotor, and told me it was grinding down. He told me it would be $1800 to pass inspection. After freaking out (I am going through a divorce and have no cash flow right now) I told him to send it to get inspected without touching the brakes. I waited another hour and a half to find out it failed inspection. I had my doubts about Midas so I decided to take it somewhere else to make repairs. I brought it to Hometown garage where they showed me the inspection report - front end stability issues and the muffler was leaking. The brakes passed. I had my car repaired there.
