My brakes were really messed up and this was the closest shop. I agreed to let them do the work to fix my brakes. They then proceeded to do an unauthorized full inspection of my vehicle. Afterwards, I realized they had charged me nearly 4 times the amount it would’ve cost to get my brakes replaced, simply because I had my own parts. I feel like they took advantage of an easy situation. I wouldn’t recommend these people for honest work.

Great group of people! I take my car there all the time for oil changes, etc. They always greet me when I come in, take great care of my car, and get me out of there in a timely manner! I definitely recommend the Sam Rittenberg location

My household has had a previous issue with this shop, but we wanted to give them another shot since they are close by. Took my beater in for an oil change because they had a deal for $20 and my family mechanic charges more… never again. Respectfully, Terry needs a serious attitude check. Just because I’m not wearing a Salt Life shirt and a fishing hat doesn’t mean I don’t know what my own car needs done to it. They handed me a quote for $1700, and when I politely made it clear that I only wanted the oil change, the attitude of the lady at the desk got even worse. She literally turned around mid conversation with me to say to the wall “What is this world coming to?” Talking over me, not allowing me to finish asking important questions about what was done on my car, chastising me for inquiri

The overall service was amazing. I was turned away at Walmart for an oil change and a customer in the store recommended me to come visit this particular Midas. I am so glad I listened because the service was quick. They was very polite and very educated on the services that they provide. This is my new where I will come from now on.

I usually go to my dealership but after a career change I decided to go to Midas on Sam Rittenburg. I new my car needed repairs a month ago for brakes so I went to them instead of the dealership and my brakes are working great. I just went for an oil change and am so happy with that. I was spending 195 at the dealership. So coming to Midas was my next option which has now become my number 1 place for.car repairs. Im going to them for tires and alignment too. Great customer service.
