I stopped by at Midas groton location today before the work today. They performed the oil & filter change service quickly even though i did not have an appointment. They also explained their other services. Austin Poirier at front desk was very through and professional.

Kevin, Austin and their team were absolutely amazing! I stopped for an emergency brake issue and they were incredibly efficient and professional. I was under a schedule and they performed a miracle getting the issue evaluated and fixed. These guys are great!

I had been coming at Midas for my emission since 2020. The customer service is great, no waiting time, fast and knowledgeable. If you need your emissions done I really recommend it!

Dropped off my car last week for a battery charging issue. They changed the battery, and charged a whoppin $450 for it. $99 labor for a less than 5 minute battery install?? Plus extra charges for a “full body scan and diagnostic.” My car was genuinely screaming under the hood at the time of pickup (didn’t do that before) Anywho, my car was due for an oil change as well so I went down the road to the Take 5 oil change, where they inform me that I have no air filter in my car😀 an air filter that ABSOLUTELY was in there before my trip to Midas. Would love to know why and how this possibly happened and why I had to spend an extra $40 at Take 5 for a new air filter. Shout out to those guys who ACTUALLY paid attention to what was going on. I came in for an oil change and to have my A/C repaired. They had me up and running with an oil change and cold A/C in an hour. Excellent help and service from Austin Poirier especially. He’s always helpful and takes the time to explain to me how everything works. I don’t have the most mechanical knowledge so I really appreciate that he does that. I’ll be a loyal customer for a very long time.
