I recommend this shop to everyone! Same day oil change when I called in. Best price in town! Under $50 for synthetic oil change and tire rotation. Everyone was so kind to me and was really friendly. Thank you DJ for all your help! They have such a good deal on brake pads I'll be back for future repairs.

I have to say — the new management has completely turned this place around! Under the new leadership and updated regional management, you can truly see and feel the difference. Everything is more organized, professional, and customer-focused than before. The staff is friendly, communication is clear, and they really take the time to explain what your vehicle needs without pressure. The shop feels cleaner, more efficient, and overall just better run. It’s obvious they’ve cleaned up their act and are committed to doing things the right way. If you had a past experience that wasn’t great, I highly recommend giving them another shot. The improvement is noticeable, and they’re definitely heading in the right direction!

I have a place appointments for the past several days. Hopefully they could answer and get me a From oil change this Saturday. February 7, 2026 after booking my appointments online for Thursday and Friday saying once booked, someone will reach out to me within 30 minutes went by on Thursday and I booked my first one lockdown tighter than a drum note in the door stating by appointments only. Sad part is when you book an appointment you get no response. Is this normal for business reached out to the location in Homewood to find out if they will be open, but they said Hoover closed two days suddenly, but would be open on the seventh. My question to them was could they not at least put a note up in the door or have your location to answer the appointment? They said they did not have access to

Me and my wife have been a long time patron of this business. However after today we will definitely be taking our business elsewhere. For one o called in to find out about a starter for my truck and the person who answered said he didnt know and to call back 15 mins later when the manager was there. Ok cool I call back an hr later and ask the same question to another person only to get a very rude and abrupt NO while being placed in hold as he apologized for a poor experience with another customer. Nah my money deserves a better experience

Sharing to hopefully help warn others PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THE MIDAS IN HOOVER! I am making this post to make everyone aware. I use to go their all the time with my car ( older model 90s car ) to get oil change I will be sharing this around as well. ( sorry for long post whole situation has been stress and frustrating ) Originally I use to go to the Midas in hoover all the time to get oil changes because I trusted them with my car and two other cars I had in the past.. well it all started a month ago when I desperately needed a oil change last minute and they were about to close so I had to go to walmart, Walmart showed me the oil drain plug and asked who did my oil change last and its always been Midas and they were like you need to take it back to them because they did something with yo
