I would never take any of my vehicles anywhere else. Joe is very dependable, honest, friendly, prompt, and very reasonable in his prices. He does quality work with quality parts and has always been a thousand percent honest with me about everything. I have been to quite a few shops over the years in moses lake and Midas is the only place that has given me great service all the way around every single time.

I can’t say enough good things about Joe and this shop. I had an issue with my Ford Edge that was making a horrible squeal but was an intermittent issue. I understand it’s hard to diagnose sometimes given that situation. I first went to Autometrics shop and because they couldn’t replicate the issue, they wouldn’t even take the time to truly investigate the issue and refused to work on my car. I then took it to another shop but that gentleman was understaffed and had too much work and I didn’t have the time to wait any longer. Had already been a month without my car and I’ll be driving it across the country in a few weeks. I called Midas and made an appointment, then I missed my appointment like an idiot.
