Midway Tire & Auto Center

I’ve been debating on whether or not to post this.. I really wanted to leave a good one for this shop. I’ve dealt with them under previous ownership.. had tires mounted and balanced here in 2019 with no issues whatsoever. I brought my 2007 STi limited to get the tires replaced in early January. It was quick and the guys behind the front desk were nice enough. However, when I got home and cleaned the bead lube off, I found that the tech that worked on my car completely destroyed the lip on all four of my wheels. Keep in mind that there were only 800 sets of these wheels produced by Enkei. They are made of an aluminum alloy, and the tech scratched up and flattened the lip on all 4. I’m assuming there was no protection at all between the mounting machine and the wheel. Why wouldnt he stop

This is the cleanest, most comfortable shop I have ever been to. Clean shop, clean restrooms, clean waiting area. But most importantly the absolute BEST people! Ed and Wayne provided the best customer service I have experienced in probably a decade. They were helpful, they answered my many questions, they took me in the shop and showed me the work I needed and explained why! And they did this with patience, respect, and such kindness!! They made a terrible day SO much better. Even over the phone Ed was just kind! I would recommend this shop over ANY shop I have been to EVER!! The whole team is great. Ed and his team took special care of my mother and really tailored a solution to get her back on the road safely and within her budget. Really personable and understanding. Not a cookie cutter establishment at all- and very good people.

I have used this shop for tires and basic maintenance and I am a happy customer. The waiting room is spotless and comfortable, and the staff is always easy to deal with. I had a minor issue after a maintenance service and they immediately got the car up on a lift and resolved it. I'll be a long-term customer.

A few weeks ago I visited this tire shop for nail removal and repair. I had made an appointment and didn’t have to wait. Ed was the technician who handled my situation and gathered all my information. First thing that was done is they took my car to the service area and assess what needed to be fixed and then come back and give you a report. They came back and asked me to go to the service bay where my car was up on lift. My first thought was crap ( and being a woman) they are going say they found other problems with my car. Well to my surprise they said they did a complimentary multi point inspection and said my car was in great shape. They even went over everything they looked at.
