MINI of Charleston Service Center

Service here has definitely gone downhill. I took my mini in for repairs and was given one quote over the phone and a significantly higher quote once I arrived for my appointment and dropped my car off. I wound up opting to not do that service there because Total Mini and BMW were around $600 less! Since my car was there I did have them take care of my brake pads, brake fluid flush and my cabin air filter. I only opted to allow Mini of Charleston to do these services because I had a 25% off coupon and they give Military Discount. I was shocked when I picked up my car and was told that since I have an older vehicle they would not honor either the coupon or the military discount. I paid what I owed them but it has left quite a sour taste in my mouth. It feels a bit like a bait and switch. Th

Alicia Bush was first class, a pleasure to talk too, and very professional. Service was outstanding.

Always a pleasant experience with the staff. The facilities are very tidy always. I did have to wait a long time for my part. But as soon as it arrived I was taken care of, and back on the road. Special thanks to Ms. Alecia for all she did, and to my drivers, when I needed a lift, both were pleasant conversationalists. I LOVE my Mini, and she will be back for many more tune ups

Brought our MINI in for an issue with the battery cable as displayed on the dashboard warning. As it turned out it wasn’t the battery cable but the ground strap having corrosion on it. Service was excellent and finding the problem and fixing it was fantastic.
