Mister Car Wash

Stopped by Saturday to have my Jeep washed for $46 plus tax and tip. I asked if the clean the wheels and they said yes, they did not. Drove off and stopped a few minutes later at the store and the sun was shining on my Jeep. The car wash was not good at all. Did not wipe it down, did not clean the exterior windows, did a bad job on the interior glass and interior. Still had dirt on the lower part of the exterior. Did not go back today due to the rain, will not return. It is ashame how companies want good money but give you subpar work. Will not use them, I have used them before and was no where this bad, I have started looking at companies that I spen my money with and there quality.

NEVER go to this car wash! I took my Audi to Edgewater Mister Car Wash for the Titanium package, expecting a top-tier wash and service. Instead, they damaged my vehicle and broke the casing on my rearview mirror during the wash. Their staff denied responsibility, claiming the damage wasn’t their fault. My vehicle was in perfect condition when I arrived, and their negligence and refusal to be accountable for damage to my property was extremely disappointing. What’s worse, they showed no concern for resolving the issue or making it right. I understand accidents can happen, but how a company handles them says everything. In this case, Mister Car Wash completely failed the test. I won’t be returning, and I’d caution others to think twice before trusting them with your car — especially if yo

I came home and had to use a cleaner to get all the bugs off the front of the car, then had to use a ‘quick detailer’ spray to get the water spots that dried along the side of the car.

Sheldon and Jonathan and the staff are always so friendly. It’s so easy and convenient whether you want interior, exterior, or both. I love being a member and keep coming back! Nice waiting lounge inside as well.

I decided to ask for a Mister Car Wash gift card for my birthday after hearing many positive things about the company. However, when I arrived, I was disappointed to learn that gift cards cannot be used toward memberships, meaning I have to pay per visit—which ends up being more expensive. During my visit, I purchased the Platinum Exterior Wash and an interior cleaning. I was also asked if I wanted my weather mats cleaned for an additional charge. At every other car wash I’ve been to, cleaning the mats is included with an interior service, but I agreed since clean mats make a big difference in the overall appearance of a car. Unfortunately, the results were very disappointing. The interior of my car appeared to have barely been touched. The screen still had fingerprints, the seats still ha
