I called to ask for help, and was treated like scum then hung up on. The car needs an oil change, and a transmission flush. I was able to get no answers. He simply wouldn't talk with me. My car has been well maintained, and until this issue, has been in great working order. While I haven't had work done by this shop, to think this is an okay way to treat people or run a business, shouldn't get you far. I won't forget this.

My car died while I was driving yesterday.. I have four young kids and couldn’t imagine going days without it. Jim was here within fifteen minutes!!! He also figured out what was wrong with just a few minutes as well :-) we are so lucky to have found him and will definitely be calling him again in the future!!

Jim was amazing. He was fast, efficient and very very nice. We would recommend him over and over again. Price was right and the job he did was excellent. Thank You so so much Jim we are forever grateful.

We ran into car problems on a girls trip on a Saturday! Jim was so helpful. Tried so hard and got our vehicle up and running for the quoted price! So helpful and kind in a bind!

Couldn’t have been more happy with my experience. Rented a house in Duluth for the weekend. Woke up Saturday morning and my truck wouldn’t start. He came out quickly determined the starter was bad and had it replaced right there in the driveway in a few hours. All for a very reasonable price. He saved Christmas for my kids as we had a scheduled Santa visit and he made sure to give us plenty of time to get there.
