Modern Automotive Collision Center of Boone

I wish I could give this business a 6 out of 5. From the minute we called, Donna Isaacs was empathetic, helpful, clear, and confident that we had come to the right place and would be taken care of. She communicated not only regularly but often through each step of the process. Our Subaru was repaired much sooner than we expected and sparkly clean and detailed when we picked her up. Donna even encouraged us to ask our insurance adjuster about loss of use and reduced value compensation! Hopefully you'll never have to go see Modern Automotive Collision of Boone, but if you do, you won't regret it.

My service advisor, Tonia was incredibly helpful, professional and knowledgeable. She kept us up to date on the progress and made sure all our needs were met. Our car looked just like it did the day we bought it brand new. We highly recommend Modern Collision and Tonia.

I cant say enough about how well my service went. December was so helpful and an absolute delight to work with. They cleaned my car and I was just so impressed with the service. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Beware! After hitting a deer I brought my drivable car to Modern Collision for repair. They said it needed to be inspected by Modern Subaru for a additional fee of approximately $4,800 which forced the insurance company total the car. I ended up keeping the car and finding another body shop to repair it without the so called inspection fee. When the other body shop received the car it was missing some of the major good parts It ended up costing me another $1,500. because of the missing parts. Modern collision center would not reimburse me or provide the missing parts even though I had complete pics of the car and parts before and those parts were not there. They just blame the other body shop. In my opinion DON'T Trust your car to Modern Collision Ctr. Of Boone.

Thank you so much to my service advisor, December. From the first call to picking up my Lexus, she made it easy. She was straight forward about timing and let me know all the possibilities up front. I felt so at ease knowing my vehicle was in good hands with Modern. My Lexus looks BEAUTIFUL! Thanks goes to all!
