I want to give a sincere thank you to Jacob and his team for their outstanding service. I needed new tires quickly due to worn factory tires and upcoming severe weather, and they were able to order and install them promptly. Their pricing and level of service are excellent and increasingly hard to find. Since I was unable to bring my truck in myself due to work, my wife handled the appointment, and Jacob made the entire process seamless and efficient for her. (She didn’t even have to call me one time) This business has earned my continued trust and support. Thank you all for the great work.

First of all, the people that work here are some of the nicest people, very welcoming. I took my truck there to get an alignment and tires balanced. They were nice enough to let me know that they were not able to do the alignment due to issues in the front end. They gave me a list of everything that needs to be done to it and quoted me. The quote was very reasonable for the long list of things. I have always gone to Lakeway, but their prices were getting ridiculous. I thought I would give this place a try and I will not go anywhere else. Now, the wait time for me was exactly 5 hours and I got there when they opened. The wait times are long because everybody wants to use Modica Bros.

The team at Modica Brothers in Silsbee is the epitome of customer service! These guys must have magic powers, because there's NO way anyone can accomplish so much so quickly! I wanna give a shout out to Modica Bros. Tire & Wheel Center in Silsbee today. We had 99 problems with one of our older vehicles and they not only had solutions but were super friendly, got parts over in time for the car to be ready today, and even entertained my kiddo with some candy when he got out school, lol! So grateful for everyone who has helped us today and will definitely be using them again. Service was 10/10 today!!
