This is the worst place to buy parts for your mustang. Go to American muscle . I ordered a painted gt350 bumper because my stock one was broke. It was pre-painted so I understood if it took longer. I contacted them before I purchased it and they told me it would take 2 weeks to get to me. I waited for 2 weeks no update. So I contacted them. They told me the bumper was delayed for another 2 weeks if I wanted the gt500 I simply said it’s okay I will wait the 2 extra weeks. 2 weeks go by I have to reach out again. No update from them. They answer and tell me it’s out of stock and it will be another 4 weeks. So ridiculous that they made me wait. All they said was they had no idea it was out of stock. I told them to just order the gt500 bumper. Did not offer me a refund or anything for my de

Everybody has a different experience but this took advantage of my situation every chance they got. Long story short I paid my own shipping to save money. I contacted them 2 weeks later with no response. I left a negative and they asked what my tracking number was. I gave him the tracking number and another 2 weeks pass with no communication even after several messages sent. . I finally contacted EBay…… gave them the tracking number, they saw that the seller had it for 3 weeks and just wasn’t issuing the refund. 1 hr after an eBay agent spoke with me I had my $400 back. Disappointing. I Hope you all have a better experience.
