This location never disappoints. During this visit, Carlton was so helpful and kind! He went the extra mile balancing my tires, along with taking care of the other services I requested, and answering all questions I had perfectly. Truly appreciate everyone on the team at this location for always leaving me confident that things were done properly. Services are quick and very fairly priced! 😊 I also have to note that a few months ago, while leaving town for an 8 hour drive, I found a nail in my tire and stopped here in a panic. Patrick got be back on the road insanely quick and saved me from a cancelled trip. You guys are so appreciated!!

Carlton is the best. He was so kind and helpful when my check engine light was on. He listened to my concerns and went through a checklist of reasons for it- testing each one. I will forever be a Monro customer if he is there.

I typically do not leave reviews, but here we go: unfortunately my recent experience at Monro was not good. I brought our first car for a general inspection, oil change and wiper blade change. The team forgot to replace the rear wiper blade, did not find any issues with brakes. The oil was changed, but few days after the engine started making a lot more noise than it ever has done. Less than a couple weeks later, we had to give it to another shop to perform another oil change. Then I brought our second car for a general inspection, wiper blade replacement and a flat tire. Once everything was supposedly fixed, I got to pick up my car and noticed my wind shield is cracked all the way. Nobody told me ahead of time, maybe hoping this would not be noticed? The manager was honest and assured me

Carlton is amazing here! He is such a great manager and really got me hooked on Monro as a company to do work on my car. I have gone to several other companies but with Monro, I know that my car is in safe, capable hands that will give me what I need for the best price. Carlton really made me comfortable going to a car repair place and took the time to explain what I needed in order to get my car back into top shape. I will be passing the word along to my friends and family to stop by whenever they need repairs.

I had an issue with locked calipers that caused undue and early wear and tear on my car’s braking system. I’ve been an 18+ year Monro customer. They have always helped me out. Always. Patrick/Carlton at the Milford shop were so helpful. I just don’t know what else to say. They/Monro are just the best. They are excellent and they stand behind their work. It’s hard to keep an eye on everything as your car gets older. I trust Monro.
