Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers

I had a flat tire and took the flat into Monro auto Service Center in Kingston. By nature flats are unscheduled so this was a drop in visit. The staff took me in and worked me into their schedule. The repair was done in a timely manner, replacing the tire back on the road and getting me back on my way. I appreciated the professional service.

The first time I took my car here I had a coolant leak and my engine was smoking! Within 10 minutes they fixed it and declared “a simple fix no charge.” I was shocked and grateful. So when I had another issue I brought my car there and they fixed it up on the spot while I waited- they carefully showed me what the problems were and how they would fix them. I totally trust these guys and they are very professional and super nice, I am so happy to have found them!

Reliable, honest, fast, easy. I love making an appointment online, appointment times are always honored, I've never had to wait long during service but they have a comfortable waiting area for doing so, and they are super reasonable on pricing. Once I thought I had a tire leak and brought my car in and they did some very minor fix and charged me NOTHING. Love these guys.

The people are friendly. I made an 8:30 appointment and my car didn't roll into the garage until 9:45. 4 new tires put on and I rolled out at 11:15. Three days later 1 tire is making a grinding noise. Going in today to have it assessed/fixed. In previous experiences they have done a great job and only what was necessary. Hoping it was a simple error. Update- manger looked at it himself and showed me details- no issue and great service as always. Thank you Monroe!

Made an appointment online to have 4 winter tires put on. Came a little early spoke to the young service mechanic at the front desk. I think his name was Carl. Friendly, outgoing, easy to talk to. My vehicle went in right away. Tires swapped very quickly for a great price. I was on my way in no time. I would recommend doing business here.
