Ruby service located in Northern Rhinebeck has been mine and my wife go to for years. We used to go to the original location in the village because the technicians were always super friendly and we always felt like we were getting a fair price. The experience was already five stars then. The new facility has elevated the experience two fold. The ease of pulling in and out and receiving your loaner car without having to fight village traffic was a truly exceptional strategic move on their part. Thank you, Russ and especially thanks to the great guys and gals at the front desk.

Ruge Subaru dealership was FANTASTIC!! Go past all the other dealerships and head straight to Ruge Subaru!! My sales person Steven Dinelli was PHENOMENAL!! He was very knowledgeable, fair and earned my business. He tackled every question, every concern, and really went out of his way for me. I would recommend any friend or family member to go to Ruge Subaru and sit down with Steven. He will take care of you and you will be satisfied. He took all my calls, texts and made me feel like I was his main concern. Even on his DAY OFF, he responded to me! Very hard to find that level of customer service these days! It was my 1st time here. I was having issues with mid hudson suburu. The service department there was not pleasant so I decided to try here. Based on reviews that I read, people were saying nice things. That was my experience. I felt the time it took to receive my service was reasonable. The girl who greeted me was pleasant and the service tech who assisted me was pleasant. I had some questions about the quick service that suburu advertises and the tech provided me with information. I hope this service continues. I bought 3 cars from mid hudson in last 5 years. There service department has been horrible. If today is sign of continuous good service from Ruges. I will be buying my next car here. Thank you.

Great job as always! The entire staff is friendly and they know what they’re doing. They take the time to explain everything. The communication while the car is being worked on - is excellent too - so no surprises (I love the texting feature they have with the service advisor). Their new service building on 9G is also state of the art and beautiful.
