Wow! After seeing the results of the repair done by Northside to the front of my Subaru Legacy, I promised John that I would write this review, as I was truly stunned by the absolutely flawless work done on my behalf. I'm 75 years old, and have never had an accident, nor a single point on my lifetime driving record. After an 11" snow in February, 2026, and to make room for the plow company to clear our lower driveway, my foot slipped off the brake pedal and hit the gas pedal instead (I was wearing snow boots). The car lurched forward a couple of feet-- just enough to ram into the left side of our brand new garage door and side trim. Best autobody shop around hands down. Our car had some major damage and came back looking, feeling and sounding better than it has in a long time. They even cleaned the inside for free. Spectacular service and customer service. Dennis and John were awesome and took such good care of us and our car. They made it super easy, and excellent communication (which is so rare these days). It’s super clean inside. Doesn’t smell like most autobody shops. Look for the Bigfoot or Velociraptor on Rte 9. That’s your guys. Oh coffee and snacks inside were nice too :-)

I live in Red Hook and tried these folk out for the first time a month or two ago to fix my 2025 Chevy Colorado Tailgate that I had accidently dented pretty bad due to my trailer. I stopped in met John who immediately gave me a quote and suggested a parts place that would save me some money since I was paying out of pocket.. I liked that idea and gave them the go ahead. They communicated well kept me in the loop and did a great job with the repair. Fast forward a few months later I hit a deer and did some real damage. Went back to John he was awesome again and did a great job with my insurance company and the repairs were top notch 5 star all the way. This business is first rate and a 5 star autobody place. You cant go wrong using these guys, they are very professional buttoned up and run

We can’t say enough about how great Northside is! The work they do is impeccable and we are treated to extra special goodies upon completion of the work. Great communication and care over our accident made it not such a traumatic thing. Thanks Brandon, Dennis and the crew!

Just picked up my bronco and could not be happier! I hadn’t even had the car for a year when someone backed into it in a parking lot. I decided I didn’t wanna go through my insurance, and I was given a great price! I was originally quoted about $1300 and it ended up only being $999, and it was completely washed and detailed! My service representative was Jon and he was so friendly and explained everything to me. This process couldn’t have been easier!
