Bought my first Jeep, used, from Ruges, in May 2025. This was my first service visit to Ruges. I needed an oil change and had a bad star connector. Painless process, great communication from the service department. Price quoted, was exactly what the final bill came to. Repaired the same day. Great Job, Will Definetely be back.

Van had a catastrophic transmission failure no reverse. Spoke with Gary about getting it replaced. He got the parts in called me and scheduled a day that was good for me.
