Terrible people to do business with! After more than 3 months of waiting for an appointment, thay increased the estimate on bogus additions (like new glass and no windows are broken). This caused the insurance company to total my vehicle! Insurance company won't let me get another estimate and now that the title is going to salvage, Moodys wont work on the vehicle. This a racket! I DO NOT RECOMMEND MOODYS AUTOBODY!

Moody's Collison is definitely the place you want to go to, especially when dealing with an accident claim. They handle themselves very professionally but also are so caring at making sure the customer has a good experience. Auto repairs can be expensive and depending on the type of accident, also traumatizing. They handled everything with so much grace. They want to make sure they do right for the customer. Thank you for taking care of my damaged vehicle when other body shops in bangor didn't even care, and couldn't care less about if it got fixed or not. I appreciate how well they handled the insurance claim when others just stick up their nose to them. We were on a road trip to Bar Harbor, when we got into an accident which tore off our bumper. Luckily this place was right around the corner and they were able to repair it easily. The people were very friendly, quick and professional. Would go there again any time.

They did a nice job fixing my van. It definitely took a long time but they told me it would from the beginning. They were swamped with vehicles. I'm very satisfied with their work and would absolutely recommend them to others.

Had a 5 thousand dollar repair done that included the rear bumper with back up sensors built-in and two of the bumper mounts still had the old bumper parts still in and the new bumper mounts bent out of the way. One of those mounts was supposed to hold the wire harness out of the way for said bumper sensors and because it wasn't bolted to hold it, it fell on the exhaust and melted the wire harness. Extremely lazy work quality
