Moore's Towing

I have been a loyal customer with Moore's for three years. When I need roadside assistance, I always request them. If their schedule is heavy that day, I wait. They keep me updated on my pick-up time, the staff is friendly and caring and they treat my vehicle with respect.

My experience with Moore’s Towing was SUPERB. They were able to schedule me right away and showed up on time! David was determined to get my shed exactly where I wanted it and assured me he would not leave me hanging! He made it happen, and the charge for his service was beyond reasonable. I would highly recommend Moore’s Towing to anyone. We are lucky to have them right here on James Island!

Extremely disappointing service. Last night I called around 8:30 for a tow for out of a slope. The person on the phone told me they’d be there in 30 minutes. I said that’s good with me. 45 minutes had passed and no tow. I called again and the person said he had two cars he was dropping off and it would be another 45 minutes. I was taken aback, but I said ok see you in 45 minutes. Over an hour passed and still no driver. I called again to check the eta on my tow. STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL. I tried calling again five minutes after. No answer, but this time it went straight to voicemail after one ring. That means they hung up the phone. Just pulled up the reviews for Moore‘s towing company since I had such a bad experience I wondered if others had as well. I quickly saw some bad reviews and after reading a more recent one it sounds like they gave everyone the same excuse that they were overwhelmed. My MB needed to be towed so I went through their roadside assistance and they called Moore. They told me it would be at least 222 minutes! well I assumed I had no other choice so I waited ..after two hours I called again and received a frazzled answer stating that they were extremely busy and it would probably be at least another hour and a half. I had to have my car towed to a repair shop recently and Cody and Matthew made this such an easy, simple process! They were extremely accommodating, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable! I would highly recommend them for any of your towing needs. I will definitely be using them again!!!
