Moses Lake Towing

Alan picked us up on Deal Rd. He came in from Moses Lake to rescue Max and I when our Audi Q7 broke down coming back from Allwheel in Everett, WA after just buying the car. Thank you, thank you~I can’t thank you enough! He then drove us to the Audi dealership on Sprague in Spokane then home… our poor dog and two cats were rescued as well. He even made sure we got in the door before he left. 👏🙌👍

Spoke with Alan first thing on Monday morning, he assured me he would have somebody out shortly to pick up my car. Was not even an hour and Rick the driver showed up. Rick is an amazing guy, he hooked my car up safely while we had a nice chat. It’s nice to work with companies that have good people. Thank you again Moses Lake towing! Your staff are rock stars!

Moses Lake Towing went above and beyond what was expected. We were broke down 6 hours away from home along a busy highway with a boat on the back of our truck with a trailer tire that went bad. Moses Lake Towing said he would be there within an hour and he was there exactly when he said he would arrive. Respectful, Courteous, Knowledgeable, Dependable. He actually towed the boat to his personal property until we could get back to retrieve it. I would highly recommend Moses Lake Towing. Thank You Keith & Cody

You aren’t a good business owner if you deter people away from going to a certain mechanic shop because you don’t like them, personal issues should not affect business. Taking away from a family and a small business is disgraceful. Do better. Defamation is a real thing.

These guys are great. Me and the family were stranded on the side of the road for several hours. Nobody wanted to tow us. After getting them on the phone they were there in adequate time, hooked everything up properly. I wish these guys had been called first. They also made a very miserable experience kinda fun in the end.
