I had an awesome experience at this store! The manager Alex was exceptional to deal with. I needed 4 tires on 2 vehicles which was financially stressful. I came to this store because their prices are good and they have great reviews and they did not disappoint! He gave me a great deal and the tech., Mike was outstanding! He came and spoke with me while I was waiting outside to let me know why he was taking a little longer with my alignment. He told me he was taking a few steps to free something up in my suspension so it didn't cost me more having to replace it. I mean, this just doesn't happen in this day and age. I took my Subaru in for an oil change and tire rotation. I noticed the tires pressure was far above what is specified inside the door. The next morning, I noticed a 5 inch spot of clean oil on my garage floor. I could see drips on the underside of the car. I took the car back in and the tech looked it over and said everything was tight. He said he did notice some oil further up on the engine block, and said it might be a seal leaking. But what’s odd is nothing was said about this the day I took the car in for the oil change. I asked the tech what I should do because I never saw a leak before and now there was a leak after the oil change. Easy booking for a same day, unexpected appointment. Had my unique and hard to find tire size, in stock. Team was responsive, helpful, and very efficient. Waiting room was tidy. Definitely a thumbs up to the Team for taking care of me.

My husband’s truck was towed to the Eldersburg location. The tow truck driver, unfortunately, dropped the truck off in the parking lot, making it hard for the mechanics to push into the bays. Instead of suggesting we reach out to the tow truck company to have him come back out and move in front of the bays, Alex’s only solution was to pay an $200+ extra in order for his guys to move the truck into the work area. Mind you- the truck wasn’t starting because the starter was bad…the same starter this Mr. Tire just replaced six months ago. Alex offered no resolution, lied…and said he offered my husband the option to have it towed in front of the bays. When speaking directly to the tow truck driver, he stated he tows vehicles often to this location, and he’s been told not to leave vehicles in

I got my oil changed and the process was extremely quick, affordable, and the service from Alex was top notch. Would recommend to anyone looking to get service on their vehicle.
