I called for a quote on 2 Tires for my Daughter in Law's car. I spoke to Fran and he gave me a VERY reasonable quote! My Son dropped off the car and left it overnight. The car had 2 new tires on it the next morning for the exact amount that Fran quoted me. You now have new Customers for life! Thank you so much for helping us out!

I recently had the opportunity to visit Mr. Tire Auto Service while traveling from Cleveland to Boston. Unfortunately, I experienced a cracked tire on the way, which could have been a major setback. To my relief, the team at Mr. Tire fixed everything in under an hour—on a Sunday, no less! The staff was incredibly helpful and efficient. They not only replaced the damaged tire but also performed additional servicing, ensuring my car was road-ready. Their professionalism and dedication truly stood out. Giving a (3) star review this time.. , in my opinion I think it’s still generous (despite the circumstances). I had an 8:30 A.M appointment today Saturday / -3/7/26 however idk if weather heavy rainfall caused a power outage or something but nobody was there -on arrival for my appointment time. I was scheduled to get a NYS🗽 State Inspection, after making the appointment 3/6 Friday afternoon .. and with a text message reminder I was told that I was confirmed for the morning of - Nothing! I got no text no phone call / after 20 minutes past my appointment time I decided to leave! 😡 Even with / also - after I called the location phone number - - no one was there. I don’t find this acceptable, if you come to this location I’ve had decent service before but be mindful/prepared for Miscues! I’m

I got a flat tire on Saturday 12-20-25. Called to see if they had tires for my car. Nicest lady in the world answered said yes and they can get me in as soon as the next morning. Told her I cant I was stuck on the side of the road since I had no spare or jack. She went out of her way to make sure that if I can get it there they can get It done. I get towed there an hour and a half before they close. They were busy and still got my car done before they closed. Great people all around and I would recommend this location to anybody. Thank you guys so much I appreciate it.

Mr. Tire in Farmington is amazing! I had a tire blow out on me, and showed up three minutes before they closed. They stayed open an extra 20 minutes just to make sure my car was good, and I felt safe to drive home! Everyone went above and beyond!! Would definitely recommend this place!
