Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

I came out from a medical appointment, and my car would not start. AAA was going to be three hours, so I called Mr. Tire since I was broken down a few feet away from this location to see if they had any suggestions on what to do. Brian was extremely helpful and kind. Charles came out to fill up my coolant, which seemed to be the issue. My car still wouldn't start, so I called back and Brian asked Charles to come jump my battery. Charles, who was clocked out and leaving for the day, came out and jumped my car. It started right up. Brian and Charles did this out of the kindness of their hearts, and I truly can't thank them enough. They deserve raises, promotions, and all expenses paid vacations. We had an issue with our tires. We came in and the customer awesome. The technician check every tire to make sure we have safe trip. We would recommend this place.

Easy in and easy out. Could not complete all tasks. Needed spare moved to right rear. It was the wrong size (my fault). Needed the right rear plugged. Unable take back in to get that accomplished. Oil change accomplished

They are a good company but every time I go there they can't fix something such as a clamp to hold a bar in place or tools to remove parts underneath the car. I always have to go somewhere else. If they could fix more things, then they would be an excellent company.

Took my 2019 Jeep in for yearly inspection. I just had it checked out 3 months ago when I bought it and it was fine. It failed safety inspection and said it needed a sway bar buckle, l and r quick strut, RR nuckle, wheel bearing and wheel speed sensor all at a estimated cost of $4, 531.90. I took it to a garage a mile away and the ONLY thing it needed was 2 new tires to pass inspection at a cost of about 10% of that price. I am very disappointed in the experience and will never return because I feel this was a matter of trying to generate income and I am especially concerned about others that may trust their diagnosis of what is needed for a car to pass inspection. I would expect an honest evaluation when taking a vehicle in for any kind of service, and this was not the case.
