I bought tires through Goodyears website and selected this location for the installation. I scheduled this appt Monday, and the date was for later that week Friday. I call Friday morning before I drive over there and they tell me, not only do I not have an appointment but they don’t have my size tires. So I call the Mr. Tire in Hendersonville and they tell me that they can see the tires in the system and that they are lying. So I call Goodyear to try to report the tire shop, they call the management, the delivery company, and the shop. All of a sudden they have my tires and I can come in for my appointment I scheduled a week ago! THREE HOURS AND 33 MINUTES later my keys are in my hand and I can leave. I’ve gotten way bigger tires swapped on this truck and other vehicles I own. It should no

I hit a pothole as I was leaving to come home from a trip and popped a tire. It was the absolute worst situation to be in on a Sunday when everyone is closed. I came in at 4 and they were already backed up with other cars. The lady at the front desk was so nice and asked the guys working if they felt confident they could fix it. They said hang around and they will try. They stayed open to fix mine and three others who were in the same boat. Flat tires and just trying to get home. It was an act of kindness and humanity that the technicians showed yesterday and I’m forever grateful. Thank you guys so much for your diligence and hard work.

I had an appointment to replace my tires, which went smoothly. I was worried about my brakes and the mechanic only gave them a cursory glance, but the manager (?) said if I brought my car back the next morning they'd do a more thorough check for free, which I thought was very nice. I had also impressed upon him that I'm hard of hearing and can't hear the squealing when the brake pads get low, which he seemed to understand. When I came back later to pick up my car, the mechanic in the garage didn't seem to know much of what he was talking about, but I didn't think much of it and my car was given a clean bill of health - "brakes are fine!" Until just a few weeks later, when my brakes were so bad that another shop had to fully replace the rotors and told me I had even been boiling my brake fl

The only reason this review gets 2 stars is because we got the issue resolved at a decent price. It took over 3 days to rotate and balance the tires on my husband’s car, for them to tell us they “checked everything” and couldn’t figure out why the car was still rumbling. My husband did some research through friends and Google and asked if they checked the alignment… apparently this wasn’t included in the “checking everything” package. They apparently needed the alignment gadget calibrated which took them a full business day to do before checking the alignment. Lo and behold that was the problem. The staff is friendly but unhelpful, and they don’t call with updates nor are they great about answering the phones.

I went in at 9:45 and dropped off a set of loose wheels and tires to have them mounted and balanced. Two techs were hanging out up front with the advisor, so I figured they shouldn’t take too long. The advisor said she’d get someone right on it. When I called at 11:00, she said they weren’t ready yet. So I finally went by at 12:00 and saw them still sitting outside, untouched. I went inside and told the advisor that I was taking the tires home before the rain started. She apologized and said she would have someone do them right away. I ended up waiting until 1:43 before they were done. None of them had the valve stem replaced (1995, pre-TPMS), and only one even had a valve stem cap. They have different style weights on them, so some are nice and tight while others are falling off. I paid
