MTI Service Center (Valparaiso)

We were traveling and had a blowout. Discount Tire sent us to MTI because they couldn't fix it. Just coincidentally our brakes needed replacing so we had that done too. Fair prices and quality work! Thank you, Matt!

Was able to get me in next day for service to my vehicle, offered a ride home if it would take longer then expected. Price was fair and it didn't take all day, just a few hours. While waiting saw excellent customer service to everyone who walked in or called. Highly recommend MTI Service Center in Valparaiso Indiana.

I think Matt does a GREAT job explaining when you need a repair and takes his time making sure you understand. He gives GREAT customer service. They have a lot of business and it might take a little longer to get the repair done, but they are thorough and it's done right. I have come here for years. I also love their service of having someone who does nothing else but takes customers home and picks you up when your car is ready so you don't have to wait. I give this place 5 stars!

I always go to MTI whenever my car needs anything. Matt is always patient and explains everything to me so that I understand and can make an informed deciscion about what to proceed with for repairs. The prices are reasonable and the work is always TOP NOTCH.

I had a hose that started leaking coolant that needed to be replaced. I was able to get my car in and they replaced the hose and had me back in my car within a reasonable amount of time. This is the third time I have gone to MTI and I will continue to go to them because I can trust in what they say and the work they do.
