NAPA Auto Parts - AUTO SUPPLY & EQUIPMENT

This is a GREAT store. I needed some specific plug wires and didn't know how to find them... After a few tries, they said I could just call in and ask them to measure and they'll do it over the phone. Sure enough, I got some ideas, called in, and they pulled the parts, measured over them phone, and verified for me! It was waiting on the counter when I drove in. Best of all, my car is back on the road and the orielly guys told me to pound sand. I had a bad experience at a store in Summerville, but this is not that. These guys care.

If it is the same as the old Auto Supply & Equipment then they have any part for any vehicle out there. If they don't have it then it is a dealer only part.

Totally dropped the ball. I bought a $400 UWS truck tool box from these guys, was told it will be in the following Thursday. Thursday comes and goes, not only did they not have it, they couldn't even tell me where it was. End of day Friday, after much inquiring on my part, they finally admit that the box hasn't even been built yet and it will be ~3 weeks before I get it. Told them cancel and refund me. I'll still buy the box, but would rather someone else get my money. Update: If it was a delay with a 3rd party, I should have been made aware asap. You guys never contacted me once, I had to call YOU twice a day to get any answers. The management of my order was just plain poor. I ended up getting the box from a competitor of yours in North Charleston, they had to order it as well. Came in

Everybody needs parts! I talked with Van about a hard to find part for a semi-hot rodded truck. Not only was he able to identify it while on the phone they have one in stock!!!! These guys learned the parts business the old way they know the parts and do not need a computer to tell them what parts fit where. So nice working with a profesional team.

NAPA has everything you could need and if they don't have it in stock, the staff is knowledgeable enough to figure out what you need and order it. Why 3 stars then? I ordered wipers and have a physical problem with one hand that makes it difficult to impossible to to a two handed job. I asked for help in installing them. Waited 35 minutes, asked again and no help. Thus, 3 star
