I hate to say this but I won't be shopping here anymore as they are privately owned and other corporarely owned stores cannot return their items I live over an hour away and needed to return just shy of 100 dollars in merch. So I had to spend time and gas for another two plus hours trip back there. A1lso when I shop1p1ed there to begin with my hands were full so the woman working there asked if I wanted to set things at the counter so I did and when I went to check out I pulled a code of items aside that I didn't want from the things I had set up there and I finished my purchase good thing I checked my receipt because the gentleman that checked me out double charged my for my oil filter and the items that I put back I was charged for the woman rang up all the items that I had set at the c

I've been into the Ferndale location more than usual lately and I'm glad they are there. Just the knowledge base alone is invaluable its not like that everywhere! my work truck is in need of an engine replacement, there is a fair amount that goes into making sure you get the proper parts and pieces the engine is obviously a very important component but it goes way beyond that and the team at this location have been very helpful with all that's going on .....a special Thanks To Troy that's chasing all the details and bringing it all together. The new owner Troy has turned Ferndale NAPA into the store it should have always been. He will always get my parts business. Great parts at great prices with a warranty you don't have to worry about. A+++

I went in for a replacement bulb for my work van and the man who helped me was prompt, polite, and got what I needed quickly. Checkout was simple and they thanked me for coming in. Overall great service and would recommend to anyone who needs an auto part.
