NAPA Auto Parts

My first time here was actually pretty good. The wait time was short cause there was one customer in front of me at the time, and the place was organized and clean. Friendly staff and great service makes this place a no brainer for your auto needs. My only complaint is that I received the wrong part, as I was picking it up for my dad, and I didn't know which part he needed. He called ahead of time and did all the talking, I just passed by, as I live about 15 min. from here. But nonetheless, the experience is pretty much the same at every Napa store I go to: great prices and great service. Would definitely recommend giving them a try.

Customer service here was AMAZING Came in July 14 at about 6 and I was needing some type of fix for my pinched break line the gentleman that help me did everything he could to assist and fount a temporary fix for me as I am traveling from GA and needed to go just a little further west. The other gentleman that was there was so kind to offer me a water as I was beat running auto store to auto store for some kind of fix. 100% grateful to their kindness!

At this store, Brock was my helper and he was awesome. He definitely help me with finding hard parts that I couldn't find! I truly appreciate him and his services

Glad that a performance auto parts store opened near where I live. They carry popular performance brands like brembo, akebono etc in store. The store itself looked clean and their inventory was full. Staff’s are nice. I was helped by Alexander. He wasn’t bothered even slightly to bring out parts and put them back. Dude was chill and provided good service. Highly recommend checking this store out if you are looking for great auto performance parts. They also deliver, they have their own delivery vans.

Very good people. Mr Joe is awesome and always greets me with a smile and the young lady who works there is awesome as well. They have exceptional customer service at this location
