NAPA Auto Parts - Libertyville

For once, a REAL auto parts store Folks behind the counter really know their stuff. HUGE selection of quality parts - and what they don't have, they can usually get for you in a few hours. Prices are competitive (especially given the service provided), and their sales/promotions are always worthwhile.

The men who work here are consistently driving around town in the NAPA vehicles disregarding most traffic laws in place causing hazards and risks for other motor vehicle drivers and pedestrians alike. Additionally there are items shown in stock at this location online that are not actually available in store. I have no interest in going out of my way to contact NAPA, per the response below, and instead would appreciate it if the company took action to review the employees

walked in, told them what I needed, in and out super fast. everyone behind the counter was friendly and they all seemed to know what they were talking about, which is always a bonus imo. keep in mind though that this is a parts shop, not like advanced or O'Reilly's where they scan codes and try to sell you everything you don't need.

The employees who work at this location either REALLY hate their job, or just enjoy being rude and unprofessional. Take your money somewhere else.

It is one of the worst auto parts in the area. The service is bad and they are very rude and racist. They are no good at dealing with customers. A mile away you can find Advance Auto Parts. The service there is much better.
