Shorted me a sparkplug, can't call them because they closed at 2, and I can't drive into town because my intake manifold is off .

I just received the most exceptional service here; I went in looking for screws to attach a front license plate (I'm from a state that doesn't require one). The gentleman who helped me stopped everything he was doing & spent a good ten minutes looking & testing different screws in the existing spots on my front bumper to make sure they worked. He was very kind & saved me a lot of trial & error. Thanks so much to the employee for his excellent customer service.

There is no place like NAPA in the area. Quite frankly, the other auto parts store are most unhelpful and do not seem to care if they help you. Now add Max to the mix, and you will have an experience that can't be beat. I was looking for a specific part for my van. Max took the time to look up the schematic, EVEN THOUGH THEY DID NOT HAVE THE PART. There was nothing in it for him except providing excellent service and making sure we got the right part. He directed us to the Dodge dealer in Honolulu to get the correct part without hesitation. There was no sale involved for him. In these days, that type of customer service is rare. Forget the other auto parts stores in the area. Go to NAPA...you can't go wrong!
