NAPA Auto Parts

At this point professionalism doesn’t matter I called looking for a part and they answered the phone as if they were talking to one of their friends. For Napa to be one of the top tier auto parts store it most definitely gave me Trap house vibes after speaking to the guy he basically said that was his work voice and continue to play on the phone. I’m not for sure who’s the manager, but they should be doing a better job at managing who answered the phone and represents the company.

I would give this location a less than zero if I could as a matter of fact I give this location a NEGATIVE -10. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. My husband and I went to this location a few months ago. We entered the store one hour before they closed and the manager or the female in charge on this particular Sunday said loudly when we walked in I hope the are not paying with cash and using credit because she already counted the draw or money down. Due to her rudeness we paid with cash. Now I thought to myself first there is absolutely no other customers in the store and it was a whole hour before closing and she wasn’t even doing anything. I then jokingly said to my husband she probably wants to sit up and eat. And I kid you not she proceeded to post up at the desk that i

I called in advance to see if they had a seat belt cushion that was said to be in stock online. They said they didn’t have it but there are a ton on the website that said in stock for the store so I went ahead and drove to see for myself. The lady stopped me as I was walking in and asked what I needed. Knowing I was the one that called earlier, she didn’t seem to want me to even take a look around for myself and dismissed me to check a completely different company store.

I have tried going here twice on a Sunday. One time at 2pm, another at 3pm. I have no idea what time they open & they do not have any signs up. There were also two people in there, a lady & a gentleman at the front desk. I kept asking them for the hours of operation, but they would not move to the door & tell me, they kept trying to shoo me away. I also called 5 times & they would not pick up even though I heard the phone ring from the inside. No wonder why no one shops here.
