Hands down the worst customer service I can imagine. I just made a purchase, and the guy at the desk wouldn't even greet me. When I handed him the wrong amount of money, all he did was stare at me and repeat the cost. I've worked in retail for 20 years, 10 of that was in automotive, and I can't possibly imagine allowing someone that rude to wait on customers.
Great service I was helped within 30 seconds of opening the door even as employees seemed busy already with what they were doing.
Prices decent service manageable
My go-to place for higher-end Auto Parts not the typical stuff you find in the big box stores. These guys always have what I need
These people were so helpful, inventive and made sure I got the parts I needed for the car.
